RETURN POLICY

We are sorry! We don't accept any returns or exchanges. There are no Exceptions to this policy.

Among other things, the primary reason for this is maintaining the hygiene of our products. As jewelry is classified as Personal Item and is categorized in the same category as Lingerie. Therefore, in order to avoid the spread of infections, items once sold cannot be taken back.

Before buying, please make sure the collection you are buying will go well with the dress of your choice.

Items are thoroughly checked for any defects before being shipped. Once items arrive in perfect condition to your destination, after that, we bear no responsibility for any damage caused due to rough usage and normal wear and tear.

All sales are final.

Packages not picked up, Incorrect Address provided, Returned Packages due to no fault of ours.

Customer bears the shipping cost of returned packages as it is no fault of ours that the package is returned.

If you want us to ship it again - We will be happy do that. But, we will require you to pay for the returned shipping costs as well as the new shipping costs.

You want a refund of the package which is returned - We do not offer refunds in this case, but will be happy to offer you a Gift Card that you can use in the future. Shipping costs of sending the package and Shipping costs of returning the package will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card.
